UK Member of Parliament Mr Andrew Bridgen denounces WHO's new International Health Regulations (IHR) and Pandemic Treaty as an unprecedented power grab – depriving WHO's 194 member countries, the world , their sovereignty over national health issues.
The new International Health Regulations and Pandemic Treaty would shift the power to decide what a pandemic is and what requires Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHICP) status, and literally how any health matter should be addressed to the Director General of the World Health Organization (WHO) – an unlimited term of diktat.
The Director General of the WHO can decide on an outright ban, accompanied by sanctions, of the use of drugs "prohibited by the WHO", even if their effectiveness has been duly proven. This is precisely what happened during the so-called COVID-19 pandemic. Doctors and pharmacists were not allowed to prescribe, recommend and sell drugs effective against COVID, as the WHO prohibited it.
This power of the WHO would be expanded as international law, or rather as “Rules-Based Order”, the tyrannical new concept chosen by the elite, to literally circumvent all national and international laws.
Both the IHR and the Pandemic Treaty will be put to a vote at the next World Health Assembly, May 21-30, 2023. The vote is scheduled for May 24, 2023. A two-thirds majority is needed for the treaty to pass. be adopted by the 194 members of the Assembly.

On March 30, 2023, the High Authority for Health (HAS) recommended the end of the obligation to vaccinate against Covid-19 for health professionals, while explaining (so as not to backtrack too much) that the vaccine was strongly recommended. ..
She nevertheless admitted that the covid epidemic was at a very low level. In addition, according to her, 86% of nursing staff took their first booster dose (i.e. 2 out of 4 doses in all) in nursing homes and 89% in private practice doctors. The desired reintegration would concern only 1 nurses out of 000 unvaccinated caregivers. The government, through the mouth of Minister François Braun, has indicated that it will follow this recommendation.

Alexandre Penasse: In your book, you indicate that the health episode is based on two axioms: first, Nils Ferguson's computer reference in the modeling of the epidemic; secondly, the conclusion that the only way to fight against the spread of the virus is to reduce the number of contacts. Vincent Pavan: Ferguson's numerical simulations will justify decision-making, particularly in France. Ferguson is a crook introduced in the academic world, who was already working at the WHO in 2009, at the time of the H1N1 flu. This fiasco was a bit of a dress rehearsal for what we experienced with the covid. A commission of inquiry appointed by the Senate had concluded that his predictions were false. Was humanity really in mortal danger? The state of exception is totalitarian, like Nazism, which operated by decrees but never in the logic of law. When politicians begin to forbid debate, controversy and differing opinions, we are no longer in a democracy.
