70,6% of the world's population would have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine and only 64,65% would be fully vaccinated, representing 5,2 billion people.
The Covid health crisis continued throughout 2023. I therefore produced a final report which reveals the latest very strange factual data which allows us to set the record straight.
261 deaths attributed to Covid were declared in 000, which is derisory on a global scale.
The 31 NATO countries, highly vaccinated and presumed very protected, some of which have no longer declared their Covid deaths for 6 months (UK, France, Spain for example) and which only represent 12% of the world population, declared the two thirds of global losses in 2023 (171 deaths).
The rest of the world (88% of the world's population) reported 89 deaths.
The USA (71 deaths) and the United Kingdom (800 over the first 32 months of the year since they did not declare the last 440 months) display the two highest numbers of deaths on the planet in 6 : (They together account for 6% of total planetary deaths)??? That’s more, between them, than the entire non-NATO world. Could there be a problem specific to the Anglo-Saxon world?
Germany (18 deaths) and Italy (654 deaths) are placed in 10th and 268th position in the world for the year 4.
These losses are obviously derisory but the 2023 ranking shows that the vaccine has not brought great benefits to these countries compared to much less vaccinated countries. Africa, a continent in which the epidemic has long since ended (1,4 billion inhabitants) has only declared 524 Covid deaths for the whole of 2023...

The expansion of the BRICS alliance not only advances in the confirmation phase, but seems to greatly exceed expectations in terms of the number of countries wishing to join the pro-multipolar organization.
All to the great dismay of the West, whose minority representation on a planetary scale is well established.
19 countries have expressed interest in joining the BRICS group of nations as preparations for the annual summit to be held in South Africa, writes Bloomberg. The subject of the enlargement of the alliance to new members will indeed be discussed this summer on South African soil.
The information is indeed not new – Continental Observer has previously dealt with it several times – including precisely the question of enlargement in favor of other non-Western countries. Just now when the combined GDP of the 5 five members of the BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa) now exceeds that of the 7 members of the Western club + Japan, the famous G7.
On the other hand, what is interesting to note in the Bloomberg article is the fact that of the 19 countries having expressed their desire to join the BRICS – 13 would have done so officially, while 6 other non- officially. Perhaps moreover in order to avoid in the case of the latter to anger their Western partners too soon.
All the more so since it should not be assumed that all requests will receive a favorable and immediate response. Sorting will undoubtedly be necessary and a roadmap will probably be determined for each of the requests concerned. This without forgetting that – as Continental Observer had previously discussed – candidate countries could initially be accepted as observers of the organization, before eventual full membership of the group.
In any case, the BRICS will not only have confirmed their attractiveness on a global scale, but now with the new perspectives it becomes clear that the West is approaching the loss not only of its geopolitical domination, but indeed and also geoeconomic, at a time when in the world Top 10 in terms of GDP at purchasing power parity, Western economies no longer represent the majority. Last week, I wondered about the reality of the rivalry between the United States and China. Perhaps the “Thucydides trap” is just a smokescreen that masks the impending disintegration of the “American empire”.

Simultaneously, the United States imagines what it could do without a rival. President George H. Bush Sr., speaking before the assembled Congress on September 11, 1990, launched the idea of a “New World Order”. He just staged a war in the Gulf that almost every state in the world is joining. Even before the dissolution of the USSR, the United States became the superpower that no one disputes [2]. The Straussian Paul Wolfowitz develops a doctrine aimed at preventing the emergence of a new competitor, which would take the place of the Soviet Union. He points without hesitation to the political project of François Mitterrand and Helmut Köhl, the European Union, as the enemy to be defeated. This was flawed from the outset with the obligation to have all the States of the Warsaw Pact and the former USSR adhere to it until its institutions became impracticable and the inclusion in the Maastricht Treaty of defense of the EU by Washington.
The Pentagon is so sure of no longer having an adversary equal to it that it demobilizes 1 million men once Iraq has been crushed. The research and development units of the armies are dissolved. President Bush Senior believes that this war is the last and that an era of prosperity is beginning.

Many are predicting a World War. Indeed some groups are preparing for it.
But the States are reasonable and, in fact, rather envisage an amicable separation, a division of the world into two different worlds, one unipolar and the other multipolar. Perhaps we are actually witnessing a third scenario: the “American Empire” does not struggle in the trap of Thucydides, it collapses as its ex-Soviet rival is dead.
The American “Straussians”, the Ukrainian “integral nationalists”, the Israeli “revisionist Zionists” and the Japanese “militarists” call for a generalized war. They are quite alone and they are not mass movements. No State is currently embarking on this path.
Germany with 100 billion euros and Poland with much less money are massively rearming. But neither seems eager to take on Russia.
Australia and Japan also invest in armaments, but neither of them has an autonomous army.
The United States are no longer able to renew the manpower of their armies and are no longer capable of creating new weapons. They content themselves with reproducing those of the 80s on a chain. They maintain, however, the nuclear weapon.
Russia has already modernized its armies and is organizing to renew the ammunition it uses in Ukraine and mass-produce its new weapons that no one can compete with. China, meanwhile, is rearming to control the Far East and ultimately to protect its trade routes. India thinks of itself as a maritime power.
It is therefore difficult to see who would both wish and be able to start a World War.
Contrary to their rhetoric, the French leaders are not preparing at all for a high-intensity war [1]. The military programming law, established for ten years, plans to build a nuclear aircraft carrier, but reduces the Army. It is a question of giving oneself the means of projection, but not of defending the territory. Paris continues to reason as a colonial power as the world becomes multipolar. It's a classic: generals prepare for the previous war and ignore the reality of tomorrow.
The European Union is implementing its “Strategic Compass”. The Commission coordinates the military investments of its Member States. In practice, they all play the game, but pursue different goals. The Commission, for its part, is trying to take control of the decisions on the financing of the armies, which until now have depended on their national parliaments. This would build an Empire, but not declare all-out war.

After the economic crisis of 1929, the whole world was rightly convinced that the capitalism of that time was over. The Soviet Union alone offered an alternative, Bolshevism. Soon the United States imagined a second, the structural reforms of the New Deal, then Italy promoted a third solution, fascism. The great Anglo-Saxon capitalists chose to support a new regime, close to fascism, Nazism. They thought that Germany would attack the USSR, thus preserving their interests threatened by Bolshevik collectivization as well as by US economic reforms. However, nothing worked as planned since Italy, Germany and Japan formed the Axis with their own logic and the war was not started against the Soviets, but against the great fortunes who prepared it.
In the collective imagination, we do not hold responsible the great Anglo-Saxon capitalists who supported Nazism in its infancy. On the contrary, we remember the British and American people as having participated in the victory.

There was no objective medical reason to be injected with these preventive drugs misrepresented as a "vaccine" and put on the market too quickly while their trials had not been completed (they may be in 2023).
