exhibition in Moscow

Réseau InternationalCaptured “Leopard” delivered to Moscow

International Network - May 01, 2024

Rheinmetall is angry, Berlin is growling that “this is not the right way to do things”, Putin has organized a “zoo”.

On the night of April 28, a German Leopard 2A6 tank was brought to Moscow. It will be added to the exhibition of trophy vehicles on Poklonnaya Hill, which will open on May 1.

The German company Rheinmetall AG, which produces “armor” and cannons, is anxiously and angrily watching the company's shares on the stock exchange. Last summer, when ours touched the first “feline” of Vaterland, the prices of the German industrial giant suddenly collapsed by almost 10%. The demonstration of the captured tank on Poklonka will not bring growth to the company's securities. Berlin mutters that this is not done in the “civilized world”, that it is “Russian barbarism”, that Putin has organized a “zoo”.

Trophies of Western military equipment captured during the SVO operation are not a new thing in the Russian wilderness. In August 2023, during the army forum at Patriot Park, a corresponding exhibition took place, and Svobodnaya Pressa had already noted that such an exhibition should take place at Poklonnaya Gora. The idea, in fact, was not revolutionary, but there must have been circumstances that did not allow it to be realized at the time. Today, it’s done!

And this was done very quickly, which did not prevent the West, which had gone completely crazy, from starting to take offense at Russia – they said: “How can you do this, it’s in very bad taste. Jens Stoltenberg complains that the exhibition shows NATO's involvement in the conflict in Ukraine. Well, yes, it is. Russia is tired of being delicate, it's time to realize it.

The trophy exhibition will be inaugurated on May 1, right next to the exit of the “Parc de la Victoire” metro station. She is destined for success, there is no doubt about it. When a journalist from Svobodnaya Pressa visited the site two days before the opening, there were many people around the fence, including many foreigners. And this, on a working day, even in the rain.

If you are impatient and have the opportunity to come to Poklonnaya, don't hold back, you will be able to see a lot before the official start of the exhibition. But don't delay, the exhibition will only be open for one month, until June 1st.

I don't know why it was not called "international", because in Moscow (at the time of writing this document) fourteen foreign countries presented - one cannot say with pride - the achievements of their military-industrial complexes. Well, maybe not all the best, but all equipment is actively used by NATO armies. Just in case, they won't be able to show much that could surprise a Russian soldier.

Iran - missiles

Réseau InternationalApril's missiles

International Network - Apr 16, 2024

Scott Ritter: Iran's retaliatory attack on Israel will go down in history as one of the greatest victories of this century.

I have been writing about Iran for over twenty years. In 2005, I took a trip to Iran to verify the "ground truth" about that country, a truth that I later incorporated into a book, "Target Iran," exposing U.S.-Israeli collaboration to develop a rationale of a military attack on Iran intended to bring down its theocratic government. I followed this book with another, “Dealbreaker,” in 2018, which updates this U.S.-Israeli effort.

In November 2006, in a speech at Columbia University's School of International Relations, I emphasized that the United States would never abandon my "good friend" Israel, until, of course, , we do it. What could precipitate such action, I asked? I pointed out that Israel was a country drunk on pride and power, and that unless the United States found a way to remove the keys from the ignition of the bus that Israel was driving to abyss, we would not join Israel on its lemming-like suicidal journey.

The following year, in 2007, in a speech to the American Jewish Committee, I pointed out that my criticisms of Israel (which many in the audience took great offense to) came from a concern for the future of Israel. I highlighted the fact that I had spent the better part of a decade trying to protect Israel from Iraqi missiles, both during my service in Desert Storm, where I played a role in the campaign to counter against SCUD missiles, and as a United Nations weapons inspector, where I worked with Israeli intelligence to ensure that Iraqi SCUD missiles were eliminated.

“The last thing I want to see,” I told the crowd, “is a scenario in which Iranian missiles hit Israeli soil. But unless Israel changes course, this is the inevitable result of a policy dictated more by arrogance than common sense.”

On the night of April 13 to 14, 2024, my fears came true live in front of an international audience: Iranian missiles fell on Israel and the latter could do nothing to stop them. As had been the case just over 33 years earlier, when Iraqi SCUD missiles overcame American and Israeli Patriot missile defenses to strike Israel dozens of times in the space of a month and a half, Iranian missiles, part of an attack plan designed to overwhelm Israeli missile defense systems, struck designated targets inside Israel with impunity.

Despite the use of a large integrated missile defense system consisting of the so-called "Iron Dome" system, US-made Patriot missile batteries and Arrow and David's Sling missile interceptors, as well as US aircraft , British and Israeli and American and French on-board missile defenses, more than a dozen Iranian missiles struck heavily protected Israeli airfields and air defense installations.

The Iranian missile attack on Israel was not launched out of the blue, so to speak, but rather in retaliation for the April 1 Israeli attack on the Iranian consulate in Damascus, Syria, which killed several senior Iranian military commanders. Although Israel has previously carried out attacks against Iranian personnel inside Syria, the April 1 attack was notable not only for the deaths of top Iranian officials, but also for the fact that it struck what was legally speaking sovereign Iranian territory – the Iranian consulate.

From the Iranian point of view, the attack on the consulate constituted a red line which, in the absence of retaliation, would erase any notion of deterrence, opening the way to even bolder Israeli military action, possibly going as far as direct attacks against Iran. The retaliation, however, is balanced by a complex set of interlocking policy objectives that would likely be challenged by the type of large-scale conflict between Israel and Iran that could be precipitated by a significant Iranian retaliatory attack on Israel.

First, Iran has engaged in a strategic policy based on a pivot away from Europe and the United States and toward Russia, China, and the Eurasian landmass. This change is due to Iran's frustration with the economic sanctions policy led by the United States and the inability and/or lack of will on the part of the collective West to find a path that would allow to lift these sanctions. The failure of the Iran nuclear deal (the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, or JCPOA) to produce the type of economic opportunities that were promised when it was signed has been a major driver of this Iranian pivot toward 'East. Instead, Iran joined the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) and the BRICS forum and devoted its diplomatic energy to the full and productive integration of Iran into these two groups.

A general war with Israel would undermine these efforts.

Putin in the Duma

Equality and ReconciliationKey points from Vladimir Putin's speech to the Duma on March 1, 2024

Equality and Reconciliation - March 04, 2024

The International Network site provided the entire transcription of the Russian president's speech, which is very long. Sputniknews summarized it. Here it is.

West, nuclear weapons, economy:
the key points of Putin's message to the Russian Parliament

Like every year, the Russian President gave a speech to the Federal Assembly on February 29. This year, it focused on strategic tasks.

Special operation in Ukraine

- Russia has proven that it can respond to all challenges.
- The absolute majority of Russians supported the special military operation in Ukraine.
- The Russian armed forces have gained colossal experience.
- The Russian military has the initiative, the army is advancing firmly on a number of axes and liberating new territories.
- Russia will do everything to end the conflict, eradicate Nazism and carry out all the tasks of the special operation.
- The consequences of possible [Western] interventions will be much more tragic.

Arms

- Russian strategic nuclear forces are fully ready.
- The West chooses targets in Russia to strike, so it needs weapons. Moscow already has weapons capable of hitting targets in Western countries.
- The Sarmat complex has been delivered to the troops, we will reveal it soon.
- The Zircon sea-based hypersonic complex has already been used in combat, this system is already in service.
- Missiles of the Kinjal hypersonic complex are effectively used during the special military operation.
- Tests of the Bourevestnik nuclear cruise missile and the underwater drone capable of carrying a Poseidon thermonuclear charge are completed.

Nuclear threat

- New attempts to intervene in Russia are fraught with a large-scale conflict with the use of nuclear weapons.
- Disinformation about alleged Russian nuclear weapons in space aims to drag Russia into unequal negotiations.
- Everything the West is proposing really poses the risk of conflict with nuclear weapons, which will lead to the destruction of civilization.
- The West is trying to drag Russia into an arms race, to repeat the experience of the USSR in the 1980s.

Security in Europe

- The West caused the conflicts in Ukraine and the Middle East and continues to lie.
- By declaring that Russia wants to attack Europe, the West is delirious.
- The actions of the United States are destroying the security system in Europe.
- Without a sovereign and strong Russia, a sustainable world order is impossible.

Defense of Russian sovereignty

- We did not start the war in Donbass, but we will do everything to end it, to uproot Nazism.
- The West, with its colonial habits, would like to see instead of Russia a dependent, dying, declining space.
- The West chooses targets in Russia to strike, so it needs weapons. Moscow already has weapons capable of hitting targets in Western countries.
- The West deliberately destroys moral norms and the family institute, while Russia chooses traditional life and values.
- Russia has been and remains a bastion of traditional values, our choice is shared by the majority of people in the world.
- We will not allow anyone to interfere in our internal affairs.
- It is necessary to strengthen the Russian military group in the west of the country given the accession to NATO of Sweden and Finland.
- It is necessary to form a new contour of global security. Russia is ready for dialogue with all countries.
- Russia's dialogue with ASEAN, Africa and Arab countries is developing positively.
- We see great prospects in building a broad Eurasian partnership.

Vanguard invests in China

GeopolintelVanguard funds China's military development

Geolintel - February 07, 2024

CPA writes that Vanguard's fund has invested in "60 subsidiaries of Chinese military complex industrial companies (CMICs)" and "20 companies that are barred from accessing U.S. technology because they are considered 'military end users' (MEU).”

Vanguard notably invested in a subsidiary linked to the Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC), which manufactures Beijing's most advanced J-20 stealth plane, originally based on stolen American technology.

Vanguard Group manages $8 trillion in assets globally, making it the world's second-largest asset manager and one of America's favorite investment funds for its diversified investment options.
Since 2016, Vanguard's Emerging Markets Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) has evolved into a benchmark, the FTSE Emerging Markets All Cap China A Inclusion Index, to provide greater visibility for emerging market companies. mainland China.

Vanguard used the Stock Connect program, a mutual market access program, to invest in A-share companies listed in mainland China. This same program allowed Chinese companies listed in mainland China to purchase shares of certain companies listed in Hong Kong.
Stock Connect enables a phenomenon called “upflow,” in which U.S. funds buy A shares listed on the Shenzhen and Shanghai stock exchanges. The ACP found that the monthly turnover of A-shares (including purchases and sales) and ETF averages is $350 billion.

A-shares are a list of securities traded in renminbi on the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges that are causing problems. Many of these A-shares are Chinese companies acting as an extension of People's Liberation Army-backed companies or state-owned defense conglomerates.

The A shares held by Vanguard exceed the shares held by Blackrock's EM fund, which has stakes in 402 A-stock companies. Another fund, State Street, holds shares of 778 A companies in its EM funds.

“There is no consistent U.S. policy on investing in Chinese publicly traded securities or private companies. The legal status of A shares and the appropriateness of holding these shares in U.S. investment portfolios remains an unresolved question,” the ACP said in its report.

According to the ACP, Vanguard must properly inform investors of the risks involved because Chinese A-share companies are not subject to international accounting standards that protect the interests of U.S. clients.

The CPA is a national, bipartisan organization that represents America's domestic businesses across different sectors and industries of the economy. The latest CPA report draws attention to the loophole that large asset management companies are using to dump citizens' retirement savings into companies linked to the PLA.

Newsweek previously revealed that the US federal government's Thrift Savings Plan invested funds from federal employees' retirement savings plans in Beijing's military companies. Although investing in these companies is not illegal under U.S. law, it raises the ethical question of supporting companies linked to the military of the United States' main strategic adversary.

VoltairenetWestern weapons sent to Ukraine in the hands of Hamas

Voltairenet - 26 Oct 2023

Western weapons sent to Ukraine in the hands of Hamas and Hezbollah.

Hamas holds a stockpile of Western weapons that had been delivered to Ukraine. We don't know how they got to him.

The study of Hamas videos is clear. The organization has FGM-148 Javelin anti-tank missile launchers (US-made) and NLAW (Swedish-made) and AT4 rocket launchers (Swedish or US-made).

Israel must expect heavy losses if it sends its ground army into Gaza. The Israeli general staff has already confirmed that one of its officers was killed by these weapons during a reconnaissance in Gaza.

Furthermore, Hezbollah used it, as a preventative measure, on the Lebanese-Israeli border.

Equality and ReconciliationHawaii: the incredible fire that raises questions

Equality and Reconciliation - August 17, 2023

A survivor recounts what was seen in Maui, Hawaii.

cut the shit : we are going to use this US expression which means "go straight to the point", like OM, to talk about the great fires that affected the island of Maui in the Hawaiian archipelago in August 2023. This event gave rise to two interpretations, one conspiratorial, the other social. Here they are.

Firefighters had to fight against multiple simultaneous blazes, fueled by strong winds, themselves fed by the force of Hurricane Dora. Faced with the speed of progression of the flames, the population of Lahaina had to flee without looking back, sometimes even throwing themselves into the ocean.

Zakharova: Protesters in France are using weapons supplied by the West to the kyiv regime

Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said protesters in France were using weapons that the Kiev regime's Western allies supplied to Ukrainian militants. These remarks were reported by the TASS agency.

Ms Zakharova says weapons provided by Western allies, NATO and France itself to support 'nationalists, Nazis and fascists in Ukraine are not just boomeranging into their territory, but hitting their own people “, emphasizing that the weapons end up in the hands of these same French demonstrators.

“The weapons supplied to kyiv end up in the hands of these same protesters and are used against the police in France”

New WorldOn the danger of the militarization of electromagnetic waves

New World - May 14, 2023

For several years, the health risks of electromagnetic waves have fueled fears and debates. This was particularly the case with the controversy over meters communicating Linky and more recently with the 5G network.

A large number of activists have therefore alerted us to the dangers of “passive” exposure to these waves which form an “electrosmog” (electromagnetic fog).

Nevertheless, a certain part of the population is the victim of an "active" exposure, to understand that it has been the victim of deliberate electromagnetic attacks for decades, which we will call electromagnetic harassment.

It is grouped under the name of targeted individuals (English: targeted individuals). The government is directly incriminated by officials who have become whistleblowers.

This is the case for Barrie Trower, a former microwave specialist who worked for MI-5 (British military intelligence). In the video below, he explains that it is possible to target individuals to induce them with psychiatric pathologies and symptoms.

End of the USA

VoltairenetWar, separation from the world, or the end of an Empire?

Voltairenet - Apr 12, 2023

Many are predicting a World War. Indeed some groups are preparing for it.

But the States are reasonable and, in fact, rather envisage an amicable separation, a division of the world into two different worlds, one unipolar and the other multipolar. Perhaps we are actually witnessing a third scenario: the “American Empire” does not struggle in the trap of Thucydides, it collapses as its ex-Soviet rival is dead.

The American “Straussians”, the Ukrainian “integral nationalists”, the Israeli “revisionist Zionists” and the Japanese “militarists” call for a generalized war. They are quite alone and they are not mass movements. No State is currently embarking on this path.

Germany with 100 billion euros and Poland with much less money are massively rearming. But neither seems eager to take on Russia.

Australia and Japan also invest in armaments, but neither of them has an autonomous army.

The United States are no longer able to renew the manpower of their armies and are no longer capable of creating new weapons. They content themselves with reproducing those of the 80s on a chain. They maintain, however, the nuclear weapon.

Russia has already modernized its armies and is organizing to renew the ammunition it uses in Ukraine and mass-produce its new weapons that no one can compete with. China, meanwhile, is rearming to control the Far East and ultimately to protect its trade routes. India thinks of itself as a maritime power.

It is therefore difficult to see who would both wish and be able to start a World War.

Contrary to their rhetoric, the French leaders are not preparing at all for a high-intensity war [1]. The military programming law, established for ten years, plans to build a nuclear aircraft carrier, but reduces the Army. It is a question of giving oneself the means of projection, but not of defending the territory. Paris continues to reason as a colonial power as the world becomes multipolar. It's a classic: generals prepare for the previous war and ignore the reality of tomorrow.

The European Union is implementing its “Strategic Compass”. The Commission coordinates the military investments of its Member States. In practice, they all play the game, but pursue different goals. The Commission, for its part, is trying to take control of the decisions on the financing of the armies, which until now have depended on their national parliaments. This would build an Empire, but not declare all-out war.
