A sustained surge of clandestine aerial spraying from daybreak. Up to 10 meters in altitude, the inhabitant on the ground is not supposed to observe "anomalities" in the sky: this is military airspace: "secret defense". The air he breathes does not belong to him. But some grant themselves the right to pollute it massively... This would explain the systematically overcast and rainy weather...
