Due to the long mask mandates that have plagued countries for several years during the "pandemic", scientists from the University of Colorado decided to take a closer look at whether or not fully vaccinated people can transfer the antibodies generated by mRNA to their unvaccinated patients. Turns out they can!

Using a combination of tests to detect SARS-CoV-2-specific antibodies in masks worn by fully inoculated lab members, the researchers identified proteins produced by the immune system, which circulate in the blood and neutralize substances foreign substances such as viruses and bacteria.

“Consistent with results reported by others, researchers identified immunoglobulin G (IgG) and immunoglobulin A (IgA) antibodies in the saliva of vaccinated individuals and on their masks,” the reports explain.

"Based on their observations, the researchers hypothesized that the transfer of droplets or aerosolized antibodies could occur between individuals, similar to how droplets and aerosolized viral particles are transferred by the same way."
