How can the imposition of forced vaccination be justified today, given the official end of the pandemic? This is clearly a decision that cannot have a valid reason, neither medically nor legally. All of this smacks of arbitrariness and denial of justice. The fact that the ordinance specifically authorizes the use of violence and police intervention is simply staggering.
