Deciphering the war in Ukraine: Catherine Austin Fitts reveals the real economic motivations behind the conflict. The goal is to depopulate Ukraine and rebuild it as a central point on the Silk Road, while preventing an economic alliance between Europe and Russia.

In an interview (see video below) with journalist Taylor Hudak of acTVism Munich, the former Assistant Secretary for Housing and Urban Development of the United States under the Bush administration, Catherine Austin Fitts, asserts that the war in Ukraine is due to a combination of factors.

First of all, she believes that Ukraine's strategic geographical location and its highly valuable agricultural lands are creating a great desire for control by various interested parties, especially due to the increase in investment in the "Road to Silk" and the rise of Asia. As a result, she believes there is an attempt to depopulate Ukraine and rebuild it as a central point on the Silk Road.

On the other hand, according to Ms. Fitts, the war in Ukraine is also a way for the Anglo-American alliance to maintain its position of power in the European market, by preventing an economic alliance between Europe and Russia. She argues that what we are seeing is not a war in Ukraine, but a war between the dollar and the euro.
