Enedis sentenced by the courts: a resident of the Loire wins his case to remove his Linky meter
According to an article by Le Point, a resident of Saint-André-le-Puy, in the Loire, won his case to remove his Linky meter from his home, after feeling headaches and tinnitus as soon as it was installed. Although the operator refused to remove the meter, the Saint-Étienne court ordered its replacement with a non-communicating meter within two months, subject to a penalty of 200 euros per day of delay.
